Booked clean-pass slots cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may keep a half deposit; custom dye work already started is non-refundable.

You will see what we refuse: harsh solvents, over-whitening, or rushes that leave water marks.

Sole separations or cleaning marks from our process reported within twelve days of handoff are redone once at no charge; scuffs from street wear are excluded.
