Fees for Harbor Sole Care are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Deposits may be required for custom materials; balances are due at handoff.

Refunds follow the cancellation rules in Terms for custom work already begun.

Finished pairs rest on racks overnight before we photograph them for your confirmation.
